Highly recommend! There was no doubt that we were going to use Tim as our realtor when it came time to sell our house. This was the first house we had ever sold, so this part was all new to us. He was upfront and honest with us the whole way. I loved using the app for the showings and appointments as it really made us feel that we were involved and in charge of the entire process. Tim even helped with the coordination of our home purchase 1400 miles away with that realtor. We had an offer within a couple days of the listing and closed within 32 days!
